What spreadsheet software do the courses use?

The courses are designed around Microsoft Excel, which is widely used across finance and corporate settings in Malaysia. Most concepts translate directly to Google Sheets as well, and participants using either platform are welcome.

Do I need prior finance knowledge to join?

Not at all. The Basics course and Workshop are suitable for anyone comfortable navigating a spreadsheet — no finance degree required. The Complete Program goes deeper, but we introduce all concepts from first principles, so participants from non-finance backgrounds find it manageable with effort.

Are the sessions conducted online or in person?

We offer both. The self-paced Basics course is fully online. The Workshop and Complete Program include live facilitated sessions, which may be run in person at our Petaling Jaya venue or remotely via video — current scheduling details are available on request.

How is the course fee paid, and is there a refund option?

Fees are payable in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) via bank transfer or online payment. We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis — please contact us before the course start date if your circumstances change, and we will do our best to find a fair resolution.

Will I receive any materials to keep after the course?

Yes. All participants receive the annotated template files and formula glossary used in their course. Program participants also retain access to the template library. These materials are yours to use and adapt in your own work.

How do I decide which course suits me?

If you are new to structured modeling, the Basics course is a good starting point. If you want to build a full model with a facilitator guiding each step, the Workshop is a strong fit. If you want comprehensive coverage with scenario analysis, a peer group, and check-ins over several weeks, the Complete Program would serve you well.
